Great company—fast, reliable, professional and the best price in new Jersey. Absolutely amazing service. The team was friendly, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure my home was comfortable again. They showed up on time, worked clean, and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need. From the moment I called, I knew I was in good hands with the Cool Temp team!! They were so supportive, helpful, and understanding of my situation, and they're easy to text pictures and videos of my furnace- that sadly was not working and needed to be fixed ASAP. They were able to assess and then. Come over within five hours, which is incredible for an HVAC company that is so Popular, we were fortunate to have their tech come out!!! Gerry, Gerardo, and everyone were so helpful! Would highly recommend using them as they are affordable quick and extremely friendly and their guarantee if anything goes wrong in the future was over the top in my mind for customer satisfaction!!
